Call Forwarding - All Calls
Automatically
forwards your calls to another location when you plan to be away from your telephone .
To Use Call
Forwarding All Calls:
1. Dial *72.
2. You will hear a
stutter dial tone (three quick beeps), and then the steady dial tone will
return.
3. Dial the
forward-to number, which will then ring.
If someone answers, the forwarding is activated. If no one answers or if the line is busy,
hang up and repeat steps 1-3, and the feature will be activated.
The subscriber’s
telephone receives a burst of ringing when a call is forwarded. This indicates that the Call Forwarding
feature is activated and also serves as a reminder to deactivate the forwarding
feature, when desired. The subscriber
cannot answer the forward calls until the forwarding feature is deactivated by
dialing *73; however, the subscriber can make outgoing calls.
To Cancel:
• Dial *73.
Call Forwarding - No Answer
Automatically forwards your calls to
another location when there is No Answer, after a specified number of rings.*
(*default is three rings – if different ring count is desired, please contact
WRT).
To Use Call Forwarding – No Answer:
1. Dial
*92.
2. You
will hear a stutter dial tone (three quick beeps),
and then the steady dial tone will return.
3. Dial
the forward-to number, which will then ring.
If
someone answers, the forwarding is activated.
If
no one answers or if the line is busy, hang up and
repeat steps 1-3, and the feature will be activated.
To Cancel:
• Dial *93.
Call Forwarding - Busy Line
Automatically forwards your calls to
another location when the line is busy.
To Use Call Forwarding – Busy Line:
1. Dial
*90.
2. You
will hear a stutter dial tone (three quick beeps),
and then the steady dial tone will return.
3. Dial
the forward-to number, which will then ring.
If
someone answers, the forwarding is activated.
If
no one answers or if the line is busy, hang up and repeat steps 1-3, and the
feature will be activated.
To Cancel:
• Dial *91.
