By activating or using WRT’s Hosted Unified Communications services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
Key terms used throughout this agreement include:
Customer: The individual or entity receiving services.
Services: Hosted communication services provided by WRT, as outlined in your Service Order.
Service Order: The agreement outlining your selected services and fees.
Software: Any WRT or licensed software used to deliver services.
User: Any person authorized to use the services under your account.
Services are provided for internal business use only.
Access is non-transferable and tied to your Service Order.
WRT may update service features, documentation, and user access terms at any time.
The agreement begins when WRT accepts your Service Order and runs for the term specified.
It automatically renews annually unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.
Customer-initiated early termination may result in early termination fees equal to remaining payments due.
WRT-initiated termination may occur due to misuse, non-payment, or legal restrictions.
Monthly charges are billed in advance; usage and taxes in arrears.
Non-payment may result in service suspension and late fees (1.5% per month).
Disputes must be submitted in writing to wrt@westriv.com within 30 days.
Leased equipment remains WRT property and must be returned upon disconnection.
Customers are responsible for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment.
VoIP 911 service differs from traditional 911 and may be unavailable during power or internet outages.
You are responsible for keeping your address updated and labeling phones accordingly.
WRT recommends maintaining an alternative 911-accessible line.
Prohibited activities include:
Illegal or fraudulent use
Mass spamming, spoofing, or excessive call forwarding
Using a single line for multiple users
WRT reserves the right to monitor usage and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Communications travel over public networks and may not be secure.
WRT may monitor service usage for performance, fraud prevention, and compliance.
WRT disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
WRT is not liable for lost data, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
Maximum liability is limited to service fees paid in the previous 3 months.
You agree to defend and hold WRT harmless from any third-party claims related to:
Your use of the services
Violations of law
Infringement of rights
WRT provides a mobile app under a limited-use license. Automatic updates may occur. Data loss may result.
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hazen, North Dakota.
Class action suits are waived.
The agreement is governed by North Dakota law.
Notices may be sent electronically.
Terms are subject to updates; continued use constitutes agreement.
