General Summary:
Assists I&R Foreman and I&R Technicians with service installs and maintenance of broadband facilities, surveillance, phone systems, and door access. Assists Network Technicians with central office maintenance and equipment. Assists Construction Technicians with buried fiber and copper projects. Heavy lifting and physically challenging work is also expected. Assists Purchasing Agent with loading and unloading of materials, tracking and distributing materials and inventory related to the Warehouse. Performs general deliveries using WRT vehicle, as well as maintain WRT vehicles. Assists with miscellaneous building and grounds tasks and other duties as assigned. Job requires out of town work with overnight stays.

Essential Job Functions: 
• Assist I&R Foreman, I&R Technicians, Network Technicians, Construction department and the warehouse.
• Completes all necessary related forms and reports.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
• Knowledge of telecommunications broadband facilities operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of vehicles and equipment.
• Assists with the installation and maintenance of new services and equipment for subscribers by installing drop wires, station protections and network interface devices.
• Assists with installation and maintenance of broadband services.
• Assists with the installation and maintenance of surveillance systems.
• Skill in using mechanical and electric power tools.
• Skill in using a computer and accuracy in inputting information.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as maps, staking sheets, and operating and maintenance instruction manuals.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions using the information at hand.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively function as a team player.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.

General Summary:
Assists with maintenance and updating of company equipment. Updates customer Internet account information as appropriate. May provide customer service and technical support to Internet customers. Assists with various other duties of the Internet area. Also assists the Engineering Department with scanning, recordkeeping, and general duties.

Essential Job Functions: 
• Provide technical support on all WRT product and services to external and internal customers by answering phone calls, gathering relevant information, and troubleshooting and resolving problems and issues.
• Perform all record keeping functions as directed, including but not limited to, detailed comments on service orders, trouble tickets, time sheets, work report, expense reports, updates to plant records and updating customer account information as appropriate.

IT ENGINEER

General Summary:
The IT Engineer will perform engineering design and implementation functions required on systems both hardware and software for all IT Voice and Broadband systems. This role has a direct impact on the customers’ perception of the quality and value of our IT products, as well as the operational and financial goals. The IT Engineer will play the role of lead engineer on highly technical projects and as on-site expert for troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Essential Job Functions: 
• Responsible for leading the IT designs that consistently deliver performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Responsible for all aspects of technical deployment, including implementation plan, methods of procedures, additional technical resource identification, and execution of work in the allotted timeframe.
• Analyze data and make recommendations for equipment changes based on analysis, including forecasting, trending, and capacity projection in all IP related infrastructure.
• Maintain a record of engineering solutions, such as detailed engineering requirements, detailed reference design, and detailed integration test plan documents and results.

• Knowledge of security controls to prevent monitor, log, detect, and mitigate information security threats in an ISP and customer environment. (SIEM/IDR, EDR)
• Knowledge of network management protocols including: SNMP, NTP/SNTP, SSH.
• Knowledge of server management, authentication, and monitoring technology including SNMP, ACS, LDAP, RADIUS, AAA in an ISP and customer environment.
• Knowledge of VoIP application and SIP protocol in an ISP and customer environment.
• Ability to think analytically and to problem solve.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematics, blueprints and circuit diagrams.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
